The owner of this beautiful parcel wanted a small
retirement home built on the family property.

eliminating the need for numerous stairs and rises up the
incline that may be a concern in the future.
There is an
old barn and other out buildings on the family property
in the valley below the house. The client wanted this
home to blend in with those surroundings. The use of
redwood board and batt siding milled from trees on the
property, and a corrugated tin roof was very effective in
accomplishing this goal.
